Our experienced team are aware of the emergencies peculiar to this part of the world and as such all cases are handled and monitored promptly, with a very high spirit of professionalism, and in the best interest of the patient.
We do understand that unexpected illness faced by travellers is frightening, when away from home and family. We understand the need for rapid and prompt response to all cases. Our coordinators are Fluent in English, the local language Malay,Hokkien, Manda rin.
Our TEAM, once activated will promptly obtain all necessary information on a case and our Assistance Coordinator/ Doctor will make recommendations and Discuss with the Insurance Providers/ Assistance Company on the Best Plan of Management for each case.
Our Cooperation between physicians, hospitals and various agencies/providers in our network allows us to access better services. Timely coordination helps save lives, decrease disability, decrease patient and family stress, and the best medical care and treatment to ensure a fast recovery.
Medical Reports & Updates
We can manage and monitor a patient in any Private hospital, be in constant communication with the treating Doctors and provide medical reports and updates for the concerned family and Insurance/Assistance Companies.In Government Hospitals we can promptly get Verbal Medical reports and verbal updates on a patient.
Repatriation & Evacuations
Time is an important factor in these cases and we can rapidly provide Arrangements for Air Ambulance or Road transfer to recommended hospitals or of their choice.
We can proudly say we have vast experience in coordinating “bedside to bedside” transfers worldwide and locally with doctors and nurses escorting the patient. We have our Preferred Air ambulance Partners in the region that are fully equipped with the latest medical facilities & Technology for safe patient transfers.
We utilize the most appropriate means of transfers according to the location and condition of the patient.
